What's the difference between dog and human eyes?

Cone cells allow identification of different colors. Dogs have a third eyelid known as nictitating membrane that functions as a wiper across the eyeball, giving additional protection to the cornea. Lastly, dogs have corneas which are larger than human's corneas.
